About Me

Hi, I'm Kayla. I'm an MBA graduate and former social worker. My husband Nigel and I live in Hamilton and we love to travel and be outdoors. I love people and would describe myself as an 'extroverted introvert'. I have a huge sweet tooth and am always found with my water bottle by my side. I don't take myself too seriously, I love a good laugh, and Nigel has put ban on me bringing any more plants into our house.

My photography style is natural, authentic, and timeless. I have been described as calm and relaxed and believe that translates into how you will feel when working with me.

Instead of focusing on particular poses, I will prompt you into natural moments and movement. Every couple interacts with each other in their own way. My goal is to bring out those real movements so that you look back at your photos and feel they truly resemble who you are as a couple.

I love people and love, and I get so invested in every couple that I meet. I want to get to know you and learn more about your story and what you do in your free time and what you love most about each other. I want to know every detail about your wedding day and what you envision and what matters most to you as a couple.

I love to meet my couples for a coffee or video chat so we can make sure we are the best fit for each other. Email me and let's arrange a meeting - I can't wait to get to know you.
